Case Study: Using SEO content marketing to increase visibility and authority for a somatic mental health coaching collective
Starting in September 2024, I have helped increase overall site visits to a mental health coaching website by over 300% using targeted SEO content and copy strategies.
As of March 2025, organic search traffic from my SEO blog posts is now the main driver of traffic to the site.
This first graph shows that overall site visits began increasing right after I started working on the site and have continued an overall upward trend since.
Here’s how I did it:
I conducted in-depth SEO keyword research using Semrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
I developed a complex understanding of the brand’s target audience.
I overhauled the site’s existing SEO, rewriting much of the site’s copy to optimize for visibility and relevance.
I started posting consistent, relevant, search-engine optimized content to the site’s blog.
I transformed the website and blog into effective tools for attracting potential clients.
This graph shows that search traffic (driven by SEO) has been steadily increasing since September ‘24 when I started working on the site.
